I loved being a part of Kara and Mike’s wedding! They are two of my favorite clients and I just had to feature them on my blog again. Kara and Mike tied the knot July 10, 2010, in Falcon, CO, near Colorado Springs. Aren’t they cute?? I had so many favorites, so I might have to do several posts!

2010 Summer Mini-Sessions are here! Have you been wanting to schedule a portrait session, but have been putting it off because of time, money, etc? Are you mourning the fact that you have no professional portraits of you and your spouse since your wedding day? Now is the perfect opportunity! Our usual lifestyle portrait sessions last from 60-120 minutes, so these 20 minute mini’s are perfect for capturing a few updated professional portraits for the in-between times. The openings for these sessions tend to fill quickly so call or email to reserve your spot today!
Here are the details about the sessions:
Your session: We will have approximately 20 minutes together as I photograph your child, family or furry friend. All sessions are photographed on film.
Perfect for: couples, small families, children, pets, headshots
Dates:
Saturday, August 7th – Outdoor Location
Sunday, September 26th – Outdoor Location
Cost: We have three collections for you to choose from starting at $100. Full payment is due at the time of booking to hold your spot.
Collections:
Previews: A sneak peek of your photos will be posted on our blog 3 weeks after our session. Your online proofing gallery with 10-15 images will be available to view within 4 weeks after our session.
What to wear: To give us the full 20 minutes to spend with you, please plan on one outfit for your photos. Dress in something that reflects you and your style. You can wear something dressy, holiday inspired, or casual, whichever suits your taste! But please, don’t dress your family in matching outfits! Coordinated, layered styles with fun accessories always photograph better.

Meet Kendra and Regan! These two lovebirds were wed in a beautiful outdoor ceremony on the family farm in eastern Colorado. It was a gorgeous day with lots of great clouds (I have a thing for dramatic clouds!). This is a long post, so I think I’ll get right to the photos…enjoy!
