Wedding Inspiration Wednesday | Clear Tents

I’ve mentioned before that I would love to see more couples have outdoor wedding receptions and plan the timing so that it’s light outside at least for the beginning of the party. From a photographer’s perspective, natural light is my first choice for photographing details like the cake, decorations, wedding rings, and most importantly…people! But what do you do in case of rain? Might I suggest the clear wedding tent! These tents allow you to maximize the ambient light and the view while providing protection from the elements and a place to attach lanterns, streamers, or whatever your heart desires. These clear tents would be perfect for Colorado mountain weddings where the beauty of the landscape is so important!

Callin and Scott are Married!

Callin and I met years ago as I was first beginning my photography journey. We were both at a crossroads and trying to refocus our career paths. She was such an encouragement to me and urged me to follow my dreams! Here we are in 2011 and we are both following our dreams…me with photography and Callin in international studies. And she found the man of her dreams too! Callin and Scott were married on a beautiful June day at City Park in Denver, Colorado. Josh and I were so blessed to have been a part of their wedding day! It was truly a joy and I started tearing up all over again as I was editing the photos (It’s hard to edit when everything is blurry!).:)  Here’s a sneak peek of their photos…more to come!

Enjoy!
